At Zalume we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Period
Under UK law, you have the right to return any product within 14 days of delivery.
All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@wearzalume.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide the return instructions and the correct return address. Zalume covers the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired product.
Zalume will cover the shipping costs for exchanges.
